My sister is a waitress. D and I were discussing my family's vacation plans for the summer, and she had two questions about my sister. What kind of contract does she have, and how much vacation does she get?
I haven't laughed that hard since someone told me that the French work a lot.

I saved the info about the tips for later because I didn't want to overwhelm her with info yet! But that's coming....
That's funny. Apparently in France the average worker gets 37 days off a year, compared to 14 in the US (I read that at http://robertreich.blogspot.com/2008/07/myth-of-summer-vacation.html)
